Cancellation

As this is a low-cost live course with instant access to the community and materials, enrolments cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.

Refunds

• Course fees are non-refundable.
• If you were charged twice for the same enrolment, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
• If the class is cancelled by AIFM EDUCATION and not rescheduled, the full fee will be refunded.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
